TABL Service LLC (“TABL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information in connection with the TABL Services, including TABL Portal, TABL POS, TABL Order, Pop-Up POS, and any future offerings (collectively, the “TABL Services”).

By accessing or using the TABL Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Merchant Information

TABL collects only the information necessary to operate and provide the TABL Services, which may include:

  • Business name and “doing business as” (DBA) name;
  • Owner’s full name and contact details (phone number and email address);
  • Menu items, prices, descriptions, and related images;
  • Employee first names and point-of-sale identification credentials (e.g., PINs).

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect limited technical data such as browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and access times to maintain security and improve system performance.

TABL does not create persistent customer profiles or accounts.

3. How We Use Information

TABL uses the information described above to:

  1. Provide, maintain, and improve the TABL Services;
  2. Process and route orders to Merchants;
  3. Facilitate payment processing through third-party partners (e.g., Stripe);
  4. Communicate with Merchants and Customers regarding support, notices, or updates;
  5. Generate anonymized analytics for operational improvement; and
  6. Comply with legal obligations or enforce our Terms of Service.

TABL does not sell or rent personal information.

4. Information We Share

TABL shares information only as necessary to provide the Services:

  • Payment Processing: With Stripe, to facilitate transactions through Merchant accounts under Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement.
  • Hosting and Storage: With Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud, which provide our infrastructure.
  • Content and AI Tools: With OpenAI (for optional AI-assisted menu descriptions) and Pexels (for stock images).
  • Legal or Safety Requirements: When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of TABL, our users, or the public.

TABL does not share information for advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

Merchant and related business data are retained for ninety (90) days after account termination or inactivity, after which they are permanently deleted unless required for legal compliance.

Customer order data are stored only as long as necessary to complete and record the transaction.

6. Data Security

TABL employs reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Despite these efforts, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and TABL cannot guarantee absolute security.

TABL’s web applications may use functional cookies and session tokens to authenticate users and maintain session continuity.

We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking.

  • Access and Correction: Merchants may review or update their information by contacting TABL at support@tabl.page.
  • Deletion: Merchants may request deletion of data prior to the 90-day retention period. Some data may be retained as required by law.
  • Opt-Out: Merchants may opt out of beta or AI-based features by not enrolling or by contacting TABL.

Customers seeking corrections or deletions must contact the Merchant directly.

10. Children’s Privacy

The TABL Services are intended for business use by adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and TABL does not knowingly collect information from minors.

TABL may modify this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.

Revised versions will be posted at https://tabl.page/privacy-policy/, and continued use of the TABL Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
